It would appear that the Dow’s highs are in fact in. We broke through 10,800 but never came close to 11,000 - we won’t.
The NASDAQ highs have also been reached. Those who have significant intestinal fortitude might want to buy puts on the QQQQ (NASDAQ) going out 6 - 12 months.
